È una popolare meta turistica cosmopolita, con una vivace vita diurna e notturna durante i mesi estivi. Vi sono molte taverne, ristoranti di pesce, caffetterie e bar in riva al mare, per soddisfare tutti i gusti. La cittadina vanta un porto ben organizzato, che può fornire siti di ormeggio e strutture portuali per l’alimentazione elettrica e il rifornimento di acqua e carburante, per tutti i tipi di piccole imbarcazioni, comprese le barche a vela.

Loutraki si trova nella parte nord-occidentale dell’isola di Skopelos. È il secondo porto dell’isola ed è servito dalla linea di traghetti. Loutraki è un bel posto sviluppatosi in una piccola località turistica, non ancora cosmopolita, dove si possono passare giorni piuttosto tranquilli. Ci sono ristoranti, caffè e una lunga spiaggia di ciottoli attrezzata, delimitata da acque limpide, ideali per nuotare. La zona è nota anche per le sue terme (“loutrà” in greco), da cui prende il nome. Il porto è dotato di una banchina adatta all’ormeggio di yacht e barche a vela. Il porto turistico dispone di strutture per il rifornimento di acqua e di corrente elettrica.

Skopelos, con i suoi fitti boschi e le acque blu, è probabilmente la più verdeggiante e una delle più belle isole greche del mar Egeo. Qui è stata ripresa la maggior parte delle scene del film Mamma Mia. Skopelos (Chora) è la cittadina più grande dell’isola ed è stata dichiarata borgo tradizionale, conservatosi immutato nel tempo. Ha un carattere molto cosmopolita e offre un’ampia scelta di taverne, ristoranti, caffetterie e bar sul lungomare e all’interno della bellissima cittadina. Il porto di Chora è grande e ben organizzato e il porto turistico offre ampi punti di ormeggio e strutture per il rifornimento di acqua e carburante, nonché corrente elettrica. Data la popolarità del posto, il traffico marittimo durante l’alta stagione è piuttosto intenso.

Skiathos è una delle quattro maggiori isole dell’arcipelago delle Sporadi, nel mar Egeo. La cittadina principale dell’isola (Chora) è pittoresca ma vivace, con un’animata vita diurna e notturna. Agia Kyriaki è un pittoresco paesino di pescatori caratterizzato da un antico cantiere navale, testimonianza dell’antichissima tradizione marinara della zona, proprio ai margini della penisola di Magnesia. Per i suoi colori e lo stile architettonico ricorda un paesino delle isole greche. Agia Kyriaki è ideale per rilassarsi, tuttavia non vi sono spiagge di sabbia nelle immediate vicinanze. Sul lungomare sono presenti ottime taverne, che servono il pesce pescato giornalmente dai pescatori locali. Il paesino vanta un porticciolo, dove possono ormeggiare le barche a vela. Tuttavia, non vi sono impianti per il rifornimento dell’acqua, né di alimentazione elettrica per la ricarica delle batterie. Durante i mesi estivi è prevista una presenza di barche a vela nel porto, da moderata a consistente.

Invoicing / financial information

In case you purchase any of our services / products, we will keep in our database the information necessary for the invoicing, such as name, address, email, phone number, vat id, etc. We will contact you in cases involving payment of services / products, invoice balances, recurring charges, offers about our products etc, via e-mail, sms or by phone. All data transferred via email is protected by a TLS / SSL security protocol.

Website traffic monitoring

Like most sites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of our site visitors to better understand how they find and use our web pages. Although GA records data such as your geographic location, your device, your web browser, and your operating system, none of this information identify you to us. Newsletters

Your e-mail address will remain in the Mailchimp database for as long as we continue to use our e-mail marketing services or until you explicitly request to be removed from the mailing list. About this site’s web server

All web traffic (file transfer) between this site and your browser is encrypted and transferred via the HTTPS protocol using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Our servers, in order to ensure the smooth and secure operation of our services, record the user’s ip and, in case of failed connections, the username, in log files through security systems (firewalls, ddos filters, http filters, sql injection filters, visit statistics, cloudflare services) and backup. CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE, PAGAMENTO E CANCELLAZIONE
Siete pregati di notare che le Condizioni Generali descritte su questo sito web sono soggette a modifiche. Siete invitati a contattare il nostro Responsabile Prenotazioni (per e-mail o telefono, come descritto sul nostro sito web) per un aggiornamento, qualora si siano verificate tali modifiche. Sarà lieto di rispondere anche a qualsiasi altra domanda riguardante la compagnia, la nostra politica, le procedure descritte sul nostro sito web e qualsiasi altra questione relativa alla vostra vacanza. Con riferimento alle procedure di prenotazione con la Jolly Roger Sailing (di seguito: JRS), si applicano le seguenti Condizioni di prenotazione, pagamento e cancellazione:

a. Qualifiche del noleggiante

In caso di noleggio a scafo nudo, la JRS (come anche la legislazione ellenica) richiede che almeno due membri dell’equipaggio abbiano un’adeguata competenza velica. Ciò può essere verificato mediante l’apposito patentino/patente nautica per i due membri dell’equipaggio o, qualora solo un membro sia titolare di patente nautica valida per Skipper, il secondo skipper può fornire un’altra prova di competenza velica, o firmare una dichiarazione di competenza velica. I documenti di cui sopra sono richiesti dalle autorità portuali e devono essere esibiti il giorno del check-in (procedura svolta da JRS). In mancanza di ciò, le autorità portuali non autorizzeranno la partenza dell’imbarcazione. Inoltre, le autorità portuali richiedono che le patenti siano redatte in inglese o provviste di traduzione ufficiale in inglese e, naturalmente, che non siano scadute. Le autorità portuali si riservano il diritto di non accettare alcune patenti, come i patentini Day Skipper, le patenti per yacht a motore o quelle con varie limitazioni. Per questo motivo, è consigliabile che ci inviate una copia della vostra patente prima dell’arrivo, per verificare che sia conforme.

b. Procedure di Prenotazione / Termini di Pagamento

Potete verificare le date disponibili per la richiesta sul nostro sito web. Una volta deciso di prenotare una data aperta, potrete farne richiesta: a) tramite il nostro sito web, b) per e-mail o c) chiamando direttamente il nostro Responsabile Prenotazioni (i recapiti sono disponibili anche sul nostro sito web). La vostra richiesta verrà tenuta in sospeso per 48 ore. Entro questo termine dovrete confermare il vostro interesse tramite e-mail o telefono, e il nostro Responsabile Prenotazioni vi contatterà per maggiori dettagli. Se avete bisogno di più giorni per decidere, contattate il nostro Responsabile Prenotazioni. Quindi riceverete un contratto di prenotazione con i dettagli del noleggio e le informazioni relative al pagamento. La data sarà definitivamente riservata a voi una volta reso il contratto di prenotazione firmato e versato un acconto pari al 50% del nolo totale. Altrimenti, la data verrà proposta al richiedente successivo in lista d’attesa. Per ovviare a eventuali problemi derivanti da ritardi nel bonifico, potete inviarci per email la ricevuta del pagamento e la data verrà automaticamente riservata a voi. Il pagamento del residuo 50% del nolo totale deve essere effettuato al più tardi 40 giorni prima della data del check-in. In caso di prenotazione effettuata a meno di 39 giorni dalla data del check-in, si dovrà versare l’intero nolo. Per tutti i pagamenti, le relative fatture verranno inviate, su richiesta, alla vostra casella di posta elettronica al più tardi tre giorni lavorativi dopo il bonifico. Tenete presente che i pagamenti di cui sopra si riferiscono al nolo e non al costo di eventuali servizi extra che potete aver richiesto, o al deposito cauzionale, che saranno tutti versati alla base prima dell’imbarco. Il noleggiante ha inoltre la responsabilità di notificare a JRS eventuali modifiche nella composizione dell’equipaggio, se del caso.

c. Procedura di check-in/check-out

Tutti i noleggi hanno inizio il sabato alle ore 17:00 presso la nostra base. Prima dell’imbarco, il nostro responsabile (Base Manager) farà fare ai due skipper un giro della barca e risponderà a qualsiasi loro domanda tecnica. Se gli orari del volo non vi consentono di arrivare in tempo al porto, è possibile effettuare il check-in posticipato fino alle 19:00. In tal caso, dovrete informarci in anticipo. Se arrivate ancora più tardi, il nostro Base Manager può aspettarvi al porto fino alle 21:00 e vi farà salire a bordo, ma non ci sarà alcuna procedura di check-in. In questo caso, il check-in inizierà l’indomani mattina tra le 08:30 e le 09:00 e, una volta completate tutte le procedure, sarete pronti per partire. L’imbarcazione vi verrà consegnata con i serbatoi di acqua e carburante pieni, nonché il serbatoio del motore fuoribordo pieno. È anche possibile effettuare il check-out il sabato alle ore 09:00, ma il rientro al porto di base è previsto il venerdì al massimo entro le ore 17:00, salvo diverso accordo. Durante il check-out, la barca verrà ispezionata dal Base Manager e da un subacqueo, e una volta rimboccati i serbatoi di acqua e carburante in vostra presenza, vi verrà restituito il deposito cauzionale. Siete pregati di notare che il noleggiante sostiene anche il costo della pulizia finale.

d. Condizioni di Cancellazione

Qualsiasi modifica alle date prenotate è considerata una cancellazione e, a seconda della data, è soggetta alle seguenti penali:
i. Cancellazione per negligenza del noleggiante:
Da uno a 40 giorni prima della data di check-in, verrà trattenuto il 100% del nolo prepagato. Da 41 a 60 giorni prima del check-in previsto, verrà trattenuto il pagamento anticipato. Per cancellazioni effettuate a più di 60 giorni dalla data di check-in, verrà trattenuto il 30% del nolo totale e verrà rimborsato l’importo residuo del pagamento anticipato. Tuttavia, se un altro cliente prenota l’imbarcazione per il periodo annullato, il nolo depositato verrà restituito per intero, ad eccezione di una tassa amministrativa di 300 € che verrà trattenuta.
ii. Cancellazione per eventi imprevedibili
Qualora degli imprevisti comportino la cancellazione del noleggio prenotato dal noleggiante (ad es. divieti di viaggio, restrizioni alle frontiere, cancellazione del volo), la JRS tratterrà il nolo depositato come pagamento anticipato per un altro noleggio, a cui il cliente ha diritto entro 18 mesi dalla data di noleggio annullata. Il noleggiante dovrà scegliere un noleggio della stessa classe tariffaria, diversamente dovrà effettuare un pagamento a saldo per compensare la differenza. In ogni caso, questo può essere concordato con il nostro Responsabile Prenotazioni, che vi consiglierà nel vostro miglior interesse.
iii. Cancellazione per responsabilità della compagnia
Nel caso estremo in cui l’imbarcazione non sia disponibile al vostro arrivo, a causa di gravi danni subiti nel corso del noleggio precedente, la JRS vi coprirà le spese di alloggio in albergo nel porto di base per massimo due giorni, qualora la barca possa essere riparata in questo lasso di tempo. Altrimenti, la JRS si assume la responsabilità di trovarvi un’altra imbarcazione di categoria equivalente o superiore per quanto riguarda il numero di cabine/bagni e, in tal caso, il costo aggiuntivo sarà coperto dalla compagnia. Se nulla di quanto sopra è possibile, la JRS rimborserà per intero il nolo depositato e coprirà le spese di alloggio per l’intero periodo della prenotazione. La JRS si riserva il diritto di annullare un noleggio senza alcun rimborso tariffario qualora il noleggiante non rispetti i termini descritti nel contratto stipulato tra questi e la compagnia. Responsabilità civile e assicurazione per noleggio La JRS assicura l’imbarcazione secondo la legislazione ellenica, contro i rischi derivanti da responsabilità civile e danni accidentali a scafo, macchinari e attrezzature, che superano il deposito cauzionale rimborsabile. Tuttavia, la responsabilità del noleggiante non si limita al deposito cauzionale in caso di incidente causato da notevole lacuna di abilità nautiche, grave negligenza o intenzionale. Vi consigliamo vivamente di stipulare un’assicurazione di viaggio per coprire i depositi non rimborsabili, qualora dobbiate annullare la prenotazione per un motivo imprevisto. Assicuratevi di avere un’assicurazione di viaggio personale che copra la navigazione.
